I was inspired to make a tree like in Peenut_23's LO "A Perfect Christmas" Her LO's are so nice! Journaling reads: Cutting down our Christmas treee has been something that we have done for the last 5 years. This year we took the kids. It was one of the most frustrating times that i had. Quinn was so tired. We brought a sled hoping that he would stay in it. troy ended up taking Avery to find a tree and I stayed with Quinn and somehow got lost. At one point I was left to carry him though the bumpy snow covered tree farm. I finally gave up and put him in the sled, crying hysterically, and then later reaqlized that his boot and sock were off and his little toes were covered in snow. I was so frustrated at that point that I fell to my knees crying. Now I can look back and laugh. The day ended up witht the 4 of us sipping hot chocolate and with what we thought was a beautful tree. It wasn't until days later that we realized that it was dying before it was cut. With all of that said, it was still a great family day and i hope that this will be a tradition that we will keep for years to come. Dec 2008
