LOL, my girls love Dora too, but I'm happy to say they're a little more modest about it LOL. Actually I don't mind them watching Dora, here in Belgium, Dora is translated into Dutch, so Dora speaks Dutch but English as well, and she let's the kids repeat the English words. Thanks to Dora, my kids knew the English words for all the colours and words like little, big, star, chicken... since they were five!
Anyway, I love the look of this, you should try this more often!
Whew.. I have to say I wasn't sorry when we grew out of Dora. It just made my brain feel like I was going in slow motion. "Say it with me.. lake..forest.. big red chicken..." and again... and what the heck, lets say it one more time!! ugh! You guys have been taken over! lol Great LO though. You'll be glad to have that when she's older. My 11yr old cringes when I tell him of all the Blue-skidooing he did in his time! lol
How funny! I, too, have had moments when I feel like I'm living in a Nick Jr. world. In fact, my 2yo assigns us our roles when she wakes up in the morning. She's always Boots. For some reason, I'm usually Backpack. LOL!
This layout is a bit unlike me but I had fun with it. I completely live in a Dora world - everything is Dora. I have printed a detailed list and there is over 200 Dora items in this house!!!! The words at the bottom read "Clothes, Toys, Dishes, Movies, Beds, Car, Chairs, Games, Books, Dolls, Blankets, Balls"
