I wanted to do something to memorialize my parents' last remaining dachshund who passed away recently. Since mom doesn't have scrapbooks, a layout just wouldn't do, so I found this online project to make a photo frame in scrapbooking style. I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out, even though it definitely wasn't how I planned it!

To make this frame, I took an unfinished wood photo frame from HL, traced the outline of frame and opening on dark brown cardstock then cut out and glued the cardstock to the frame with matte Mod Podge. I adhered the accent papers (dog bone paper is from HL) with regular scrapbook adhesive, then added chipboard letters (Thickers) and 3 dimensional stickers. The photo mat behind the glass is a regular photo mat from HL.
