A card using the Bittersweet collection.
I created the frame by cutting a square out of the center of the paisley paper. I then cut strips of brown paper with scallop scissors. I glued them to the inside of the paisley card so they showed through the window. I added the striped paper to cover the window and machine stitched over the brown scalloped edges. TFL!
