This was very difficult for me to do, but I think it really helped me to vent these feelings. This is the first page to a self-imposed therapy project/album I decided to start. My therapist suggested that I start keeping a journal, and I will be keeping a traditional one as well, but for me, this seems so much more expressive. Maybe it's just how I feel most comfortable expressing myself, I don't know.
