I made a dress template by folding a sheet of printer paper in half, then drew a half of a dress on the fold and cut out. I then used the template to make dresses out of cardstock that I had stamped with a background stamp. I used the same stamp to make the background on the card. The dress was heat embossed with glitter (iridescent ice from SU).
