This was a fun lo to create but of course because it was the day my dd was born! I searched for old journals on line and saved images I found. I gathered the data from http://dmarie.com/timecap/final.asp?unique=39853.7991087963
There are faint notebook lines that I lines the rows up with and used the font my Old Remington. I distressed it and folded it so I could age it even more. The pp I used is by K and Company and Marcella by K. The green circle is bazzill. I used a lot of flowers from the floral dept and old primas. The rubon's are by basic gray (LOVE THEM!) and MM. The black swirls are felt fusion by Queen & Co. They are not so easy to apply but I love them! The yellow flower is embossed with a purple flower added by a heart charm. BTW, its actually darker irl...
