This is a scraplift of scrapsmarts card I was having a really hard time with how to use the PP but I think it turned out ok! It is hard to tell from the scan, but the PP has a shimmer to it and the white letters are glitter paper. I used foam to make the letters pop out and misc. ribbon.
I cut the letters using my cricut storybook cart and used American Crafts Ribbon.
No products have been added to this project.
