Thanks! This was much easier to do than it looks.
It's done by layering tissue on a stencil using a mixture of white glue and water (cheap toilet paper works best! LOL). Using a stipple brush, tap each layer into the stencil before putting the next one on. After six to eight layers, gently remove it from the stencil and let it dry overnight. When it's dry, color it with chalk and mount it.
This is the EASY way to do paper casting. If you want something more challenging, try it with rubber stamps!
