It's not matted on black. Die cut and distressed the white line with Pazzles. Used Dew Drops and Bling with a Sassafras flower. Tinted photo green and used St. Patrick's Day brushes from Photoshop Roadmap. Guess there was a reason I kept the DCWV stack papers for St. Patrick's day.
