This is such a good idea. I've saved your lo and hope to do something similiar. I've been collecting for my 8 year old son, so doing a lo would be great to add. Good job with all you did, "your" postcard is awesome too.
In October 2008, I found out about a web site called Postcrossing. You get to exchange postcards with random people all over the world. I have received some interesting postcards from Canada, USA, UK, Japan, Germany, Finland, etc.
I designed this for the "Feb Use your scraps challenge" I took a snapshot of some of the postcards I've received from people plus I printed off a photo of Casa Loma, here in Toronto. The photo looked like a postcard. I used an odd shape piece of paper and a leftover sticker to create a postcard. I used leftover paper to matte the photos, the border at the top and the title. I used some leftover black card stock paper to make the sticker on the postcard look like a stamp has been cancelled.
If you're on Postcrossing.com, mention that you like to do scrapbooking. If I receive your address to send a postcard, I just might send this one.
