Here's Canada's page -- I didn't have much to put here, so i used it for the Epcot map. It's mounted on the outside of the pp and held closed with a magnetic snap (which I absolutely love and highly recommend!).
Journaling: We explored Canada, and Cassie worked on her mask. After that, we went on to Future World to visit the Mission Space, Innoventions, and the Land Pavilions. We rode one of Cassie's favorite rides (and one of my least favorite!) Soarin' and Living With the Land.
