This is a scraplift of gabriellep's 'Hat Girl' http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/84905/view/1863231/-1/0/1.html. I just love her work and think that she is just so extraordinarily talented. Whenever I lack inspiration, hers is one of the first galleries that I check out. Of course I didn't have all the different elements that she used in her layout, so I improvised a little. I was quite disappointed when I put the snowflakes on and they didn't stay white. Without the wax backing they appear a little grey. Oh well!
Madeleine hated wearing winter clothing for the longest time and now we have the reverse problem...she wants to wear it in the house. I snapped this shot of her in her pj's and wearing her new winter hat. The way she put it on, all cockeyed, just made me laugh.
