I did the shave cream technique, then stamped and clear embossed the verse. I cut the rectangle with nestabilities then cuttlebugged the white piece. I attached a strip of pink and put ribbon through that, then attached it to the blue card stock. For the shave cream technique you put shave cream in a pan and drop your ink colors into it and swirl it to desired pattern. Then dip you paper in and take it out and wipe it off. It will be wet and curled but you can fix that when it dries. The more you do it, the more different patterns you will get.
