This card is for one of the birthday challenge scraplifts. I had to dig and find some double-sided PP for it, lol! It's Doodlebug paper.
Sentiment stamp is Gina K Designs, the cupcake stamp is Inkadinkadoo colored in Copics and liquid pearls, Taylored Expressions Tiny Twinkles and distress stickles are around the scalloped circle (cut w/ nestie) and kaisar and Prima flowers. "4" cut w/ Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cart and inked and stickled.
