Journaling reads: Contentment is realizing that it is the little things that make us happy when we see them that tie our hearts together and make a house a home
The photos are just snaps taken as I wandered through our home grabbing a pic of anything in the room that made me smile or caught my eye. They are spectacularly ordinary to anyone else - but mean the world to me, from sketches by friends to a love note by my then 4 yo DD and "treasures" the kids gathered in the yard (and yes, I have an unnatural love for my Crock-Pot :)
