Journaling reads: "For Sarah's third birthday, she had a Little Mermaid party. I made her this outfit out of pale lavender batiste. I created my own smocking plate design with Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian. She really loved it. I also made her a big hair bow with lavender ribbon and an Ariel embellie on it. She looked so adorable in the little ruffled romper, her lacy socks and her beautiful long, curly hair." April 1992
I crocheted the purple lace at the bottom. The "seaweed" is cut freehand, then inked with purple and white. There are lots of punched stars, crabs, shells, and flowers, the centers made with 3-D paint. Also added random dots of 3-D paint around the design. The design on the border around the larger photo is punched with flowers added between. Title letters are hand doodled. TFL!!!
