I have so many of the "background" pps that I bought years ago and they are so hard to use now. But, I'm trying to use up some of them anyhow. This one was just the little fish printed and the seaweed, so I cut around some of the seaweed and stuck the Ariel embellie down in there The lettering for the title is handdrawn and I added some color with some chalk. TFL!
