Those pics are tooo cute- love that pouty look! Great title! Love those pp's and the pretty flourishes! And those printed blooms are really cute with this!
What a doll!! I love the design of this one! The flourishes just draw your eye around to all the pictures! The sprites are perfect with it!! Such a pretty page!
Well, I've looked for that MS punch and I guess it's just not out there any more. Now I'm as grumpy as ms. Helen. Your journaling is so neat (and the page is pretty darn sweet too).
So cute! This gives me hope for my hallowe'en layout of Madeleine. I couldn't even get a smile out of her this year in her duck costume! Love the layout. It's so girly; Helen Grace will laugh I'm sure when she gets older and sees this.
I love it!! What a cute story!! I think you should have made it Weluctant too -- so cute!! I thought the crown was part of her costume - i just realized it was added bling!! This is priceless - she will love it when she is older!!
Wow - is this little princess growing up fast!! She looks so lovely in her little costume!! The Primas look perfect; the colours, design and bling look sensational! Love all your beautiful details! Truly enchanting in every way; love it!!!!!
My DGD, Helen Grace...very sad at Halloween 2008. I should have titled it Weluctant Pwincess...since she has trouble pronouncing her "R's".....She slooked so adorable that night! The papers are MM - Sabrina. The swirls are QK dies. The blooms are so really OLD prima that I've had forever - I have a lot of trouble using printed blooms...but these just seem to fit. The scalloped background was punched with a MS edge punch. I had to work on my punching skills to get the corners to come out right.. The circles in the title are punched from another piece of the Sabrina papers. I used my new Silhouette for the first time and cut the title letters out from a font on my computer (and I have NO idea which font it was now! LOL!!!) I added some stickles and bling for the sparkle-girly look. Journaling is tucked behind the big photo and reads:
Helen Grace, you were so excited about your costume for Halloween. All you talked about was being a “pwincess.” Your costume had long sleeves and with little elastic bands over the shoulders – for that “off the shoulder” look! You decided that you DID NOT want to wear the sleeves, so before we left the house, your mama tied the sleeves behind you in a bow. Once we got outside and realized how chilly it was, we made you put your arms in the sleeves…and you didn’t like it one bit! You became our little “drama queen,” poked out your bottom lip, and hung your head! You acted like putting your arms in the sleeves just ruined your pretty princess dress! I’m sorry I laughed, but you were just too cute! The truth is…you are adorable, even when you’re being a drama queen!
