I used Gimp to make the title and the Halloween text. Then put it together in Scrapbook Flair. I thought the orange against the black was too strong and detracted from the photos, so I merged everything but the photos. I uploaded the merged image to Gimp added another texture to decrease the contrast. Finally, I added the photos on top.
