Some how , I missed that this was at Hever Castle the first time I commented on this one! The embellies that you used are so perfect for the Hever Castle theme. The trees for the gardens and the zig zag lacing-reminds me of the Tudor era dresses!
This is another layout from Hever Castle in England. The journaling reads: "G & G ta Hever Castle's Adventure Playground July 2008. The 3 of us completed the maze & climbed to the top to play with all the different playground equipment." Lucky me, I was the one holding the camera so no pics of me pretending to be an over-sized child :o)
I had these papers laying on my table and just loved the green and gray together. After stitching them together, I didn't want to add too much and hide the soothing colors.
I created this layout using Pencil Lines sketch #121. I used sprue pieces from my grungeboard alpha set to create the trees and L in Play. I colored all the grungeboard with some martha chalk inks, doodled the bubbles around the photos and journaling and used a few rub-ons to create the climbing flowers, brackets and corner detail on the top, left photo.
