My kids just love to cook so I gave them a challenge over half term: got all the ingredients on the table, the recipe book and preheated the oven for them. They had to read the recipe, weigh, mix and shape the cookies themselves. I did the oven part but otherwise they were totally independent. The wire rack of 4 of the cookies is the result! Very tasty too.
After experimenting with a complete kit, it was nice to go back to basics and try to create all the embellishments and LO myself. I couldn’t resist using the lovely chocolate Alpha I have had sitting in my inventory for a while and the tag is a S Headley tag. Otherwise, thanks to photoshop, the rest are either created in PS or extracted from photos myself.
