Thank goodness we don't have to shred our papers! We just stick ours in our burn barrel where all of our garbage goes! Great take btw!

oh I hear you ! I work for the schools special ed departments...LOTS of paperwork, ALL confidential and all needing shredded! Sometimes I can spend a whole morning just shredding and still not be done!

Great take! I try to shred as we get junk in the mail. Yep, all those "you're approved for a credit card that will put you in the poor house" offers go directly to the shredder!

Clever take on the challenge :) After my Dad passed away, I "inherited" dozens of boxes of his personal papers, business papers, documents from when he was state director of a camping club and from when he was the condo president in his building... after sorting through most of the boxes to search for anything important/sentimental, I just tucked the boxes away in our crawl space over the garage. Maybe I should get a shredder?

Much of what I had to shred was stuff mom and dad had stored away too. My shredder was about 4 yrs old and I too had to keep waiting till the 'over heat' button would let me continue....very frustrating.
