fun foam cut outs glued to label side of an old cd...a loop of fishing line was glued between the fun foam and the cd for the hanger with stickers and small mirrors stuck back to back on the line and a jingle bell on the end...wiggle-eyes and star-shaped confetti sequins for embellishments...hang from window for a sun catcher/spinner.
