fun foam cut outs glued to label side of an old cd...a loop of fishing line was glued between the fun foam and the cd for the hanger with stickers and small mirrors stuck back to back on the line...a heavy trinket on the end of the line for weight...other embellishments, wiggle-eyes, yarn for hat trim, checked ribbon for neck-tie, metal star for sheriff's badge...hang in window for sun catcher [1417]
