My maternal grandparents. I did a lot of distressing on this layout. All of the flowers {except the large layered flower} are punched, inked, and doodled on. The top flower on the layered bloom was stamped on. Of course, I HAD to add some bling...gotta love that Prima! LOL! I used a quote for my journaling strips and it reads:

The history of our grandparents is remembered not with rose petals but in the laughter and tears of their children and their children's children. It is into us that the lives of grandparents have gone. It is in us that their history becomes a future. ~Charles and Ann Morse
