This is a LO of a book I would read our daughters on Christmas Eve every year. I finally replaced the book and thought I needed to keepsake the memories of Christmas Eve at
The Cotton's. I took a picture of the book and used the Santa paper to hide my journaling under the Santa that I cut around to open up for the journaling. Thanks for looking!

The journaling reads.....

Family Tradition

I hope you girls can remember the tradition that I started when you were just babies. I would pick you up in my arms and go out into the night on Christmas Eve and we would look up into the starry sky hoping to get a glance of Santa Claus. We did this for many years. I will always cherish the gleam in your eyes looking for Santa Claus with your mommy.

I also hope you do remember the reading of the Christmas book “The Night before Christmas” by Clement C. Moore. It all started on your first Christmas and you would listen with such excitement waiting for each page to turn so you see the next wonderful picture. Before you started school you both had the story memorized I would read it each year on Christmas Eve until you both were well into your teens. That’s why I had to keepsake this wonderful memory I started years ago for you .
Love you, dearly
Mom
