As part of the Crafty Secrets / Tattered Angels March Mix blog hop - I made this sweet chips house. The house is papered with Prima's Whisper line, with LOTS of Glimmer Mist in Creme de Chocolate and Pink, with a little Dew Drop thrown in. That is how all the window frames and 'gingerbread' roof trim were colored. I used Bug's Life and Fairyland stamp sets, colored with my Copic Markers to landscape and create the house's occupants. I took apart the house in at two seams and bound it with the Bind-It-All, with distressed tags inside. A hasp hinge is attached for a nice closure. I placed square Tim Holtz fragments over the windows for some fun dimension too. I plan on using this project as a housewarming / welcome gift for a new neighbor; putting things like the name of a good snow-plowing company, places to get takeout, and some recipes and phone numbers on the tags.
