The background is a die cut sheet by Melissa Frances' Fresh Twist line, I just cut the paper in half and folded in half again. Created a little flower from the Fresh Twist die cut circle. Added an MF rub on, pom pom trim, embroidery floss and a silk flower to the center. The pearls are new Melissa Frances too (Attic Treasures Pearls).
