I made this for a Secret Pal Wish List Swap. It is my first attemt at doing an Altered item. Painted cream with periwinkle sponged edges. Sprinkled with Iridescent powder. Prima Fancy Fabric Flowers in Silver and Cream with Jolee's Swarovski Crystals for the flower centers. Prima Say It In Crystals Swirls.
