Journaling reads: For our third anniversary, we went to Sanibel for the first time. It took us a long time to get there because we left Jacksonville after work and got stuck several times in traffic. On the top of the island, there was an old lighthouse which is pictured on the opposite page. Also on the island is the Ding Darling Perserve. The picture of Daniel on the opposite page was taken in the preserve. Also while we were there, we took a tour of the Everglades. The picture of Daniel by the big tree was taken on one of our stops on the tour. The picture at the top of this page on the right was taken on our airboat ride when we were on the tour. And the three pictures of us holding the baby alligator were taken right before the airboat ride. The picture at the very top on the left was the view from our hotel room. We had a great time on the trip and want to go back again.
