The base card is Pink Pirouette and I layered it with Pink Passion and TAC's Catelynne paper. I used my nesties Labels 2 to cut out the cs on the front. I stamped the images from TAC's Little Cupcake set and colored it in with pencils and gamsol and used pop dots to adhere it to the corner. The sentiment is also from that set. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the correct placement and then I stamped the sucker over the top.
