Journaling reads: Well, we liked Sanibel Island so much when we went for our anniversary in December of 2003 that we decided to go back in May of 2004. These are some pictures from a kayak trip that we took. We found plenty of animals to stalk on our trip. If you look closely at the picture of the back of my head, you can see a heron sitting in the tree ahead. We got a closer look at him in the small picture above. We also found an osprey. We caught him flying (below) and perched on a tree (above). And we wer also lucky enough to get a glimpse of a dolphin fin. We enjoyed our time in Sanibel during the warm weather just as much as our earlier time in the cool weather.
