This is my page for the March Ugly Paper Challenge. The 2 pieces of paper that I was sent were the brightly striped background paper and the umbrella pp that I used for photo corners at th bottom.
I toned down the paper somewhat by stamping white flowers onto the paper. I faded out the color on the large pic before I printed it...mostly because my color printer is doing a really lousy job right now. LOL I printed the soccer pic in b/w. The umbrella pp, I found the sections that had the phrase that went perfectly with my pic and I tore around it, then I cut the two outside edgs with scalloped scissors and then punched small holes into each scallop and then I inked all the edges. I adhered the large pic to the page and the torn corners to the pic before doing the double rows of stitching.
