Journaling reads:

I miss my brother Eddie every day. He died way too young at 28. He died doing what he loved; playing baseball. He collided with another player and had a brain aneurysm. He was on life support for two days while we prayed. But he was already gone. He helped me make my greatest wish come true. When I told him goodbye, I also told him he would have made a great uncle.
A few weeks later, I was pregnant with Colleen who waited to share Eddie’s birthday and entered the world nine months later on March 3, 2000.
He took such great care of his body, that we were able to donate his organs. He saved 7 other lives.
I miss him so much. I miss his stories. I miss the way he lit up a room with his excitement. I miss the way he thought of others and took care of us. I miss the way he paid attention to little details. But mostly, I just miss him!
