Absence...it was a theme given by a friend of mine - and from the first moment i knew I need to try. The theme gave me a lot of ideas, moved my imagination opened many doors in my mind and gave power to creativity:) The culmination of the process was finding in my PC an old shanty, which I loved so much - one of two the best womens' shanties I ever heard.
The title is "Comebacks" and the song has got great, poetic words with very different meanings and great oportunities for your own interpretations. The main part of the quote I used on this canvas layout maeans : I'm afraid of tour comebacks, my love.
So here is my interpretation.
The layout on canvas size 24x30 cm.
The papers are all painted with Distress inks.
