A close up of the right side of the very first layout for Notre Dame. Two of the pictures were lifted from old calendars that I held onto just to scrap, the picture in the lower right corner is one that I actually took. The circle postcard was given to me by my Grandmother along with all her other postcards from all over the world from when she used to travel - I think its from the 1970's if not earlier.
Journalling: "Once we turned the slight corner off the bridge , standing regally and with great elegance, Notre Dame cathedral greeted us as the sun shone down and glowed off the marble facade."
The journalling is done on a DCWV Once Upon a Time from the small pack. The title is on a journalling accent from K&Company.
I can't help but smile when I look at this page, knowing that there is something in it from my Grandma makes it so much more special for me.
Oh! I forgot to mention - it was my husband's fabulous idea to pop up the circle postcard, I had to come back and give him credit for the idea. Thanks hunny!!
