I took shaving cream and put it into a paper plate, then took bottles ofre-inkers (bottles of ink that refill ink pads) and squarted a few drops around in the shaving cream. then to make the swirl I took a tooth pick and dragged it around until happy with the look. You take your card stock and squish it into the shaving cream. Then wait a few to wipe it off the CS. Once wiped off you will have the look of marbled CS. The CS will be soft and can tear until dry.
