My dh and I just found out we are expecting our first! Journaling reads:
I had just taken the test when your dad called. He was on his way home from work. While we were talking the test showed PREGNANT! I didn't want to tell him over the phone so I made small talk for a few minutes and then let him go. I drove to JCPenny and bought the little onesie that said "Daddy loves me." When i got home I was so nervous and excited! I laid the positive test and the onesie on the kitchen table and went into the office so I could see when your dad pulled down the street. It seemed like it took FOREVER for him to get home! When he finally pulled into the driveway I ran to the kitchen to meet him. He walked in and saw the test and the onesie. As I came around the corner he looked up and said, "Really?" I was already crying so I just shook my head yes. We were both so happy! We couldn't wait to meet you! ~March 31, 2009
