Boating at Boca

This was done for a few April challenges.
1.2 page Pagemaps- used a sketch
2.2 pager
3.Color-use blue
I couldn't find the right pp for this so I decided to make my own. The wavy turquoise paper I made with my blending tool, inks, and strips of torn papers.It took awhile but I like it. I used Glossy accents to glue my ghost letters onto some photos of the water. Then I cut around them with my exacto knife. I also used Glossy accents on the chipboard frame and water drops after painting and inking
them.I finished it all off with some hand stitching.
Journaling reads:
This was the first time we took our boat out on Boca Dam. The water there is usually too choppy for out little fishing boat, and that day was no exception.But we went out anyway, leaving Logan with Pape and Grandma who were fishing on the shore. We found a secluded area away from all the other boaters and jet skiers where it was much calmer. The water was so beautiful ranging from light blue to emerald green.
