This is so pretty! I love the black and white with yellow highlights! It is always sad when a marriage breaks down but unfortunately it is not unusual anymore! She is a beautiful young woman who I'm sure has her mother's strength to go on. Beautiful layout!
Wow, what a beautiful layout for an unfortunate situation -- a divorce. My mom says once in a while that she wishes she never married my dad (divorced for a long time) and I remind her that if she didn't, she wouldn't have me or my brother.
She is a beautiful girl. Childrena re the greatest blessing of any marriage and it is the one thing that has to have made the marriage worth something!
this lo is so moving. I think it is so poetic that she is alone in the photo but you can still see her strength and determination. And the lo is gorgeous. Love the yellow and circle design.
I LOVE YOUR APROACH TO THE STORY, AND THAT YOU USE HER WEDDING PIC, SHE LOOK ADORABLE, AND THE WHOLE DESIGN IS AMAZING SIMPLE AND BEAUTIFUL!! SO GREAT TO HAVE SUCH SUPPORTIVE FAMILY!!!
Oh, what a sad story...but she has the greatest gift of all, I agree: her precious little Logan. Your beautiful daughter also has a terrific and supportive mom, Ginger, and she sounds like a strong young lady!! Gorgeous layout!!!!!
LOL!!!! Oh, GINGER!!!! You so funny....hee, hee, hee!!! Love everything about it.....even the title......Thank God for a great sense of humor....fave....Love ya! ....Patty
OMG, she was beautiful, sorry things didn't work out, but sounds like she has a super awesome attitude and especially a precious little boy!!! Beatiful page!
How sad for her! But, WOW, she was a gorgeous bride and it was a happy day that should be commemorated for her son! Beautifully done, Ginger, and it is so honoring to your lovely daughter and grandson!
Hey Ginger - great idea! Shes a beautiful girl right enough, so deserves to be in the scrapbook, and wonderful for Logan to have this of his mommy. I'm so glad you were able to support her through a difficult time, so that she can come out the other side and be as happy and as good a mom as she is. Great page!
I'm so glad that you decided to do this Ginger! It is beautiful!! You're right that Logan is the most precious part of this divorce. I realize that had I not gotten divorced, my DD may not have met her husband and I wouldn't have my gorgeous grandchildren :) Out of the ashes...
Clever and eye catching title! Beautiful photo and sad story. I have old wedding pics too from my first marriage and would have never thought to do a lo like this! Great inspiration!
MAndy is beautiful....this Lo does her justice...love the touches of yellow which pops against the B&W. I hope the future brings her much joy with her precious son :)
This is great. So often the lovely wedding pics are ignored once you divorce - I think it's wonderful to remember that once you were a beautiful bride, even if the marriage doesn't last. Well done.
Wow...nice LO and beautiful young women...too bad for him!I would say it is his loss! Sad for her but like you said, a great grandson...worth it all. Maybe I will make a LO like this for one of my daughters...yep, mine divorced too.
This is my beautiful daughter Mandy. I see lo's of brides and I decided to do one of sweet girl. She dated this man for 4 years, got married and had a sweet baby boy 11 months later. However, the marriage fell apart and then divorce a year later. She is a wonderful mom, a sweet and delightful daughter. I spoke to her prior to this lo and her words were...go for it! Even though her marriage did not work out she got the most precious gift of her life...her son Logan, my sgs!!! TFL - Ginger
