I always have a very collage-y look to the first LO in any set of vacation photos. I like to include boarding passes, tickets, maps, etc. in my albums.

This is my first LO for the Sunshine and Rainbows Challenge. I inked white chipboard letters in rainbow colors, and also inked around the outside of the "King's Creek Plantation" block. I used colored floss to 'hang' the cute little metal tags that Kelly sent me -- thanks, girl!! I did the twist by adding bling -- I used rainbow colored gems in 2 corners and outlined the "King's Creek Plantation" block with Stickles.

I had no place to add a journaling block, so I journaled directly on the pictures. It says: We used our time share for the 1st time by exchanging for this place in Williamsburg, Virginia. Cassie studied Jamestown in school this past year, so we really wanted to visit there. She was especially excited because "King's Creek Plantation" is a setting in the Felicity series of American Girl stories.

I used pop-up dots under the metal tags and the compass rose. The US diecut is hard to read in the photo -- I wrote 'August 24-31,' used a rub-on word 'Destination,' and letter stickers say 'Virginia.'

TFL!!
