The larger pictures on top are mini pockets and you can slide the 2 tabs out of each of them and they have more pictures on them from each place.
I got the large map of DC from one of the ranger stations and put pictures that I took and arrows (made of ribbon) pointing to their position. I made the map into a pocket also and inside holds brochures, tickets, or maps from the different memorials, museums, etc that we visited.
