For several challenges:

April Color Challenge - must have 3 (or more) shades of blue. The paper itself has 4. The stars and the beads on the stars are another 2. The flowers started out two different shades, and I inked them to tone them down some, so that makes either 3 or 4...plus the brad centers makes 4 or 5. :) Flower bling...6. Cardstock for mats and info tag on p. 2...8. Butterflies are from DCWV glitter mat stack...9. So I think that covers the challenge. :)

April 2-Page Layouts. 1...2 pages. Yep. Got that one. :)

What Your Kids Say About You. A series of questions & answers in interview form. As the info tag says...these were done during a phone call at 2 in the morning. Keep that in mind. :)

What do you and Mom do together? - We used to be cool and go places, but then I had a kid, so now we just go out for lunch.

What is Mom really good at? - Helping me with my child.

What is Mom not very good at? - Cooking (Mom's rebuttal: I AM a good cook, I just don't enjoy it, so I don't do it much.)

If Mom were a cartoon character, who would she be? - Dora the Explorer, because she likes to travel

Where is Mom's favorite place to go? - Local: Hobby Lobby - To eat: Chili's - Travel: New York City

What makes you proud of Mom? - She's super-optimistic about everything

How do you know Mom loves you? - She watched my kid for me

How does Mom make you laugh? - She has a Facebook and it makes me giggle

What was Mom like as a child? - She was a drama kid

What is something Mom always says to you? - Clean up after yourself.

What makes Mom sad? - When I don't clean up after myself - Having to work on her birthday

How are you & Mom the same? - We're both night owls - we like some of the same TV shows

How are you & Mom different? - Pretty much every way imaginable

How tall is Mom? - 5'8" these days

How old is Mom? - 46 (had to stop & do the math)

What makes Mom happy? - Chocolate (answered without hesitation)

What is Mom's favorite food? - chocolate gravy & biscuits

What does Mom do for her job? - Works at the hospital

What is Mom's favorite thing to do? - Scrapbook

What does Mom do when you're not around? - scrapbook

If Mom becomes famous, what will it be for? - Can you be famous for scrapbooking?

Extra note...this looks kind of plain, but as I worked on it, it felt like a real stretch for me in terms of how many embellies I put on it. I don't usually do more than one or two...
