These photos were taken of Jacob, Allen and Helen Grace in January 2009 at Bertram Park in Pensacola, FL. The sunset was just beautiful and provide the perfect lighting for us. These pics were actually taken by our friend, Tim Ludvigsen.

The "sun" is handmade and I used the gold leafing pen for highlights as well as some stickles. I also highlighted the edges of the torn paper with the gold leafing pen. The quote is part of the poem by Robert Louis Stevenson - Me and My shadow. I cut the title with my Silhouette and then cut the shadow letters thinner and taller...then just reversed them under the title for a "shadow". Journaling is tucked behind the large pic and reads:

On January 29, 2009, we all went down to Bertram Park in Pensacola to take a few photos and to spend some time together. We snapped pictures until sunset. These photos are some of the last that were taken that day. You all were so interested in the sticks that you had found that you were totally unaware that we were taking pictures! I love these shots of your shadows falling so long behind you.
