I made this card with a free decoupage sheet I found online. It had 8 layers--I used 5 on the outside and 3 inside. I used foam dots to pop everything up. HUGS was done on my cricut. the embossing on the blue paper was done with my Scor Pal and the embossing buddy. I ran the butterflies through my cuttlebug.
