This is so neat! I love the effect obtained with cutting the picture. I have often thought of doing that but worried that I could'nt line up the sections of the pictures once I cut them, but seeing how you did this I now see I can stagger them and still get a nice effect. Very nice job. I have some nice ocean pictures from our vaction in California that would be perfect....hmmmmm

I put cloud vellum on top of yellow card stock to give a yellow glow trough the vellum (not as obvious on the scan), I love this technique of cutting pictures in slices and decided to use the technique on the vellum too to look like a border.
