I challenged myself to try to make a more detailed layouts - so this is a first of a few that I did. It took a lot of time arranging and feeling confident with what I created, which at first I didn't like - but now I'm warming up to. I used teal colored fleur-de-lis to try to tie in the patina of the statue, so on here it looks quite garish , but I assure you its not so bold in person.
Journalling: "A museum devoted to the history of Paris. Entire rooms are decorated with paneling, furniture, and objects d'art from different eras, recreating specific private rooms and shops of the city. The building was built back in 1548. In the courtyard stands a statue of Louis XIV."
