This image is from a free printable decoupage sheet. I used 5 of the layers on this. The swan is edge with stickles and the water has liquid glass on it. The black cardstock went through the cuttlebug and was trimmed with the Martha Stewart lace doily punch. A piece of ribbon and some mini pearls finish it off.
