This cute image is from a decoupage sheet I printed up. I cut out the images and layered them with 1/16" foam dots. Added some stickles for sparkle. I don't own a scallop border punch (don't know why since I'm always wishing I had one!), so I made the scalloped border by using my nestabilities. The green paper is pearlized-gives such a nice sheen!
